b) Open your FREE Paypal account to apply “Expanded Use Enrollment” to benefit smooth & safe online purchase.

c) You need to wait for your 4 digit Expanded code from card statement. Then follow Paypal instruction to input this 4- digit code to the designated field.

d) After completion of Paypal’s “Expanded Use Enrollment”, No purchase amount limit.
