- Patient can take 12 to 18 capsules of HealthGuard T18 daily.
- Separate 2 hours before/after taking chemical drugs. Patients cannot get full recovery if their thyroid gland destroyed by RAI, Thyroidectomy or antibodies.
- After lowered down the dosage of Thyroxine, symptoms such as 'heat' feeling inside body, hands/fingers shaking, sweating and fast heart beat could be vanished.
- Keep regular blood test. Doctors will decrease the Thyroxine dose according to patients' blood test result. KEEP REGULAR BLOOD TEST CHECK in clinic or hospital in every 4 to 6 months.

- Do not reduce HealthGuard T18 dose unless suggested by our practitioners. Patients need enough dosage to cure the root of disease.
- Avoid iced-food and iced-drink daily.
- And should avoid drinking iced water 1 hour before & after taken “HealthGuard T18”.
